Naira Marley made the announcement on Instagram in a presidential video that confirmed him standing in entrance of a podium together with his presidential seal, ‘The President of the Marlian Nation.’ Naira Marley is proven within the video with a rolled joint as he broadcasts that the album can be launched on Marlians Day because the tracklist rolls by.
