Greater than 2,000 civilians have been killed within the occupied Ukrainian port metropolis of Mariupol to date, native authorities has stated.

The Mariupol metropolis council stated because the Russian invasion of Ukraine began on Feb. 24, 2,357 individuals have been killed.

The South-East Ukrainian metropolis with some 400,000 inhabitants has been besieged by Russian troops for days and reduce off from the remainder of the nation.

Ukrainian authorities reported extreme aerial assaults on the town on the Sea of Azov.
