The Federal Excessive Courtroom in Abuja, has dismissed a lawsuit by former Presidential aspirant, Adamu Garba, difficult the operations of Twitter in Nigeria.

Based on the Socio-economic Rights and Accountability Mission, SERAP, Justice Abubakar gave the ruling on Wednesday.

Garba, had in 2020 requested the courtroom to ban Twitter from working in any a part of Nigeria.

He accused the worldwide tech agency of “sponsoring” the #EndSARS protests within the nation.
