CBN Raises Interest Rate To 14%.
The Central Financial institution of Nigeria, on Tuesday, raised the rate of interest to 14 percent.
The brand new rate of interest comes barely two months after the apex financial institution raised the rate of interest to 13 percent.
This was disclosed by the governor of the apex financial institution, Godwin Emefiele, after the committee’s assembly at the CBN headquarters in Abuja.
The governor of the apex financial institution stated the hike in the rate of interest would assist tame rising inflation.
